Pretty much I was curious why they'd go with that recipe, but it's definitely got more rich, intense flavors than normal 46, and of course it's a higher proof.
I dig it, but I have yet to try a MMPS recipe I didn't like.

cool...sounds good! I haven't come across any MMPS, but I've been wanting to try. If I do I hope they vary the staves a bit...although I do really enjoy 46

I haven't had Rare Breed in a long time, but I have an open bottle of the Bourbon Hounds of Houston pick of WTKS. I like it a lot.

Can anyone tell me if Kentucky Owl batch 8 actually has people buying it for $330+?

Plenty Kentucky owl in the case at Spec's for $185. It's a rye and aged 11 years and bottled in 2018 but don't see a batch #

Probably the batch 2 rye. I’m talking about the bourbon batch 8 that shot up in MSRP last year.
