yea, I agree with a lot of that. I think the 1910 is a bit more balanced and well thought out flavor wise...this is just a sweet oak bomb...which I like. I really do enjoy it, but I think the price keeps me from getting it more often.

One thing I do like is it keeps opening up. I drink neat unless I am making an OF and usually a slow sipper. 30 mins later it seems to be getting more complex. I normally only put a drop of water on something hot but I may with this on the next one to see if it opens up more quickly.

Check check 1 2 1 2

Not too bad...can tell it’s young tho.

It will be interesting to see how my barrel changes when they pack it up. Barrel was at 118 but they will dilute to 110 when they bottle it.

He drove up from NO and bought it at Hokus Pokus. The Stagg was waiting for him at the store.

Who is the member that’s a lawyer in NO?

Thank goodness, I can’t imagine the supply issues we would have on good bourbon if that was his drink of choice

Heading to bourbon fest Saturday for the grand tasting. Any tips would be appreciated. Really enjoyed the Double Oaked bourbon fest pick, haven’t tried the standard bottle yet.

That Belvenie 21 is still probably one of the best things I ever had
