I understand where you coming from having a store as well. We damned if we do or damned if we don’t. A part of me doesn’t even wanna get the heavily allocated items. I wish there was a legit way to keep loyalty points but not really gonna happen. The customer who buys $100 worth of sale items thinks it’s the same as someone spending $100 on regular items. Keep up the good work! We appreciate it here in the Dutchtown area.

Something to think about, have tickets that you hand out to regulars, during the entire or part of the year. That way you can reward frequent shoppers and try to pick up new business.
There is no perfect answer and anyone that thinks they are owed good bottles better be spending serious money in the store. I have given up the chase, I attend a raffle or two to meet up with old friends and have a good time. Bourbon is serious but what we see today is crazy, let me just sit back with a good pour and enjoy the spectacle. It is worth the cost of admission

Really like this idea and sounds like it’s just a lil pre planning but I damn sure don’t own a liquor store and like you said give me a nice pour and I’ll go to y’all raffles.

For what it’s worth, I’m from Houston and would not have heard of your store if not for homeboy’s temper tantrum. I come to BR a dozen-or-so times a year and will now make it a point to come visit your store!

You know you rock. If only you could keep certain customers from hiding bottles from other customers....
