Laffy hasn’t got it yet. Just checked with my rep today. I told him I wanted a cpl cases so I’ll let you know if I get dat.

How’s the makers? That’s another one I told him I’d like a case of.

It’s pretty damn good but not has good as last year.

Crazy how bourbon goes. RC6 sat on the shelf for months.

The makers mark is great. The ec toasted is just not good. I would choose any barrel pick just about over it.

I was with 5 serious whiskey people. Someone got a bottle early from KY. It was unanimous that it was the dud of the night. We all love EC too.

I passed on my 2 bottles offered.

I thought it was pretty good. It was only $30 from tw, so why not? I'll have another pour tonight and update with my professional tasting notes

I look forward to it. For that price I'll grab it regardless just to try.

What are your thoughts on that Kirkland 18 year? A friend recommended it but I haven't picked one up yet

I like the 18yr. Great for the price. I didn't like the 20yr much. They have a 22yr for $80 now which I haven't tried but has good reviews on reddit. Supposedly the 22 is Glenrothes.
