I put Plowboy's Yardbird on damned near everything except for beef. For beef I'm using Plowboy's Bovine Bold and Cattleman Ranch's California Tri-tip.

For pork butt I normally use Meat Church's Honey Hog and finish it with Honey Hog Hot.
