Think the twitter is saying Bluebonnet at Anselmo...kinda far for me from work but their burgers are so good.

Says they will be in front of The Advocate...wonder if there will be a subscription fee for sitting in their parking lot.

I've never been to a food truck...Are there long lines, do you get your food pretty fast?

Try getting there at window opening and most likely will definitely be good... even still, I went to curbside one day and there were about five orders in front of me and I only waited about 8 minutes tops. It isn't a bad wait usually.

Went last week. There were maybe 6 people ahead of me, it took 30 mins just to get to the window and then another 30 min to get my food. Not sure if this is normally how it works, but if so they need to get their shite together. The burger was good, but definitely not all that it was made out to be by everyone on here. It was definitely ruined by the long wait. Also the fries were very unimpressive.

Must have been a bad day. I would give them another try if they are close to you one day. Mine went by surprisingly quick and everything was super hot.

eta...Did you notice people paying with credit cards? Because they use a mobile type one with a cell phone and I have seen those frick up easily and slow it down.

Thanks I will. I think part of the trouble was that I had built them up, so there was no way it could live up to it. It is a hamburger, it can only be so good.

Too bad they can't update their website since just about every employer blocks social media

Thanks for the heads up y'all. They were just down the road from my house today. Hit em up at lunch, and the burger as usual is awesome.

I went yesterday and had one. On Tuesdays they're in the Church parking lot on North St.

I got the "Brian" burger. No fries cause it was just too damn hot out for that. I was about 15 customers deep in line when I ordered. Burger took about 15 minutes to get to me as far deep as I was in line.

Burger review - Bread is great. It was a soft grilled bun lightly buttered I think. Fresh lettuce, tomato, sweet pickle? I added mayo and brown mustard (little bit). Meat patty was much smaller than the bun was which surprised me considering it was $7.50 for the burger alone. It was decently seasoned but didn't blow me away in taste. Could have used just some salt and cracked black pepper. Cooked med well. A little over cooked in my opinion as I like mine medium.

All in all a good burger no doubt, but definitely not the best I have ever eaten. On a scale of 1 -10 I rate it an 7.5 . Would have been higher if it was cooked less and patty was bigger.

There's a note on the menu that all burgers are cooked between med/med well unless you request otherwise. At just about any burger place I've ever been too, I've always found that if you want a burger cooked med, you have to ask for it med. rare.

Question...I may go get a burger from Curbside tonight.

Do their burgers come dressed? I simply want a bacon cheeseburger with nothing else on it (no mayo, no mustard, no anything) ... Do I have to request a plain bacon cheeseburger or is that how it will come?

They are dressed. They'll put on or leave off whatever you wish, though.

I'm excited....yet intimidated at the same time.

Never eaten from a food truck, and heard the lines can be pretty long at times. I don't want to screw anything up when I get to the window....Reminds me of that Seinfeld episode with the soup Nazi.

It's not intimidating. I have every confidence you'll pull thru just fine.

Jones didn't think their burger was anything special either. But much like for you, it had been hyped up so much that I think he forgot it's just a burger. It can only be so much beyond that.

I got the Repeat Offender and LOVED it. But I kept in mind.. it's a burger and will be nothing more.

FWIW, North Gate Tavern has a kickass burger that unfortunately people just aren't getting out and trying. Might go there tonight actually.

They will take anything off that you want.. but the things that they're most famous for are condiments. (Ex: pork belly preserves)

Their burgers aren't your normal slab of american cheese with ketchup and mustard. They're specialty burgers. Visit their FB page for a peek at photos. They do have a regular cheeseburger, I'm pretty sure. But I don't know how much their regular cheeseburger will "WOW" you.
