It looks like that's for the corned beef brisket. Thanks and I should have said I'm looking for a deal on regular beef brisket.

No... I was there yesterday. It's a full packer beef prime brisket. I buy hem all the time when they go on sale. I was there last night, not sure what you are seeing but those briskets aren't corned beef.

Pretty sure the ad says usda prime brisket 2.99, then under it says corned beef 3.99, the 2.99 brisket is what you are looking for

Costco has great prices on prime as well usually 2.59-2.99/lb

Do you happen to know the expiration date? I don't know the next time I'll have 12 hrs to spare. But that is a great deal.

shite man.... I didn't look. I know for a fact the butts are at 1.19lb until the 3rd, so maybe then?

Averaged about $45 per

For the record I've froze them and had good success on a smoke

My bad and you're right. So sorry, I read the ad wrong. Thanks for the heads up. I'm heading there tomorrow

Damn, I bet if you called the store and asked that they'd have to send someone to check. Yet you expect someone on a bulletin board to happen to recall that bit of info. And, amazingly, they know it!

This is my big frustration with Costco. At my Birmingham store they only sell brisket flats at over $4.50 a pound but yet I read here all the time how the LA stores sell briskets for considerably less. I wonder why there is a huge price difference?

If there is anyone in Birmingham who knows of a place with Briskets cheaper than Costco here, let me know.
