Any butcher shop worth a dang should be able to sell it. I don't know where you live so we can't give specific locations.

Costco is your best bet
La Morenita in Baton Rouge sells em too
I did this back in the spring. Turned out great.

Definitely Costco

Eta: also, be aware just in case you've never cooked a whole pork belly before...it is EXTREMELY rich (obviously). Delicious, but you can only eat a limited amount in one sitting

I saw some nice pork bellies in the Sams in Hot Springs, but I’ve never seen it in the Shreveport Sams. Asian markets usually have them, and that is where I buy it around here.

I've purchased it at Rouses which is hit or miss. I don't think I've ever seen it out but the often have some in the back.

The Whole Foods here has fresh pork bellies. I did one last year for Xmas. Low and slow an the egg, then a little direct flame heat to finish.

That recipe looks great. Can you do that with a skinless belly? Costco sells only skinless
