I prefer the idea of speaking to the restaurant and posting here.
Tell us the problem and then tell us what they did to fix the problem.

It's Down's Syndrome, and please don't use this comparison.

Those threads are better than, "I'm going to such-and-such restaurant, what should I get?"

Ahem.
Spent many years in the Food Service Industry.
If you don't let Management kmow that you were dissatisfied, they will have no idea how to address it.
Telling me that, "The rice was too hard", or, "The steak was overdone," does not solve the problem.
They are taking your money . . .

Please quit whining here.
Step up, and speak to Restaurant Management.
Or don't go back . . .

Since it's 3:30 and I actually have a bit of work to do, I'll wait to respond until I've had my Monday bottle of wine.

Best put your leather drawers on Noob.

There it is.

I take it that you also think people should not come on this forum and post about the enjoyable experiences they also had, correct?

Your lack of regard or understanding for capitalization rules make it hard to understand what the frick you are talking about.

You've already defamed ALL females and others with physical and mental handicaps with just a handful of posts on the food and drink board. Nicely done asswipe.

Thanks

Next time don't be so upset when you call someone out and you're the one that's wrong.

True, management can't address a single one-time issue if it's not addressed at the time, but many of the posts whining about bad experiences at restaurants include the bad service, lack of addressing these issues, and what happened when they DID tell the management.

Also, posts on here help people who are interested in spending their leisure time/money at restaurants that do not CONSISTENTLY mess things up. One way to help each other out is by posting our own bad experiences so that others can draw conclusions about whether the rice in the gumbo at Capital City Grill is always hard, or if the steaks there are always overdone.

When multiple posters can provide anecdotal evidence of the fact that an establishment SUCKS, then they won't be taking my money.

So go eat your hard rice and overdone steak out back by the dumpster.
