I like it because it adds a creamy texture with a cool, sweet flavor element to a hot, spicy, chewy, and savory dish. However, it would be better with Tzatziki or some kind of sweet cheese like brie.

I love cream cheese but I do not like it in sushi rolls. Feel it just takes over the flavor of the roll.

I went to a sushi restaurant in Oslo a couple of months ago. My god that was the best sushi outside of Japan that I've ever had. The salmon nigiri and sashimi melted in my mouth like butter. So good.

Not a fan of cream cheese in a roll either. Very little amount I can handle, but most seem to put a huge chunk and it takes over the roll

I could eat this for breakfast every day, yet I cannot stand a sushi roll with salmon and cream cheese.
