I usually put a dab of honey in at the end of making my old fashioned. Saw it once by a friend and liked it.

Might have to try that.

Lately I have been using a rosemary infused simple syrup... I think it works extremely well.

Hmmm .. I'll try that for the hell of it.

Alright guys, now I need some new bourbon, headed to Elios before picking up kiddo from school.

I drink a good bit of Kettle. I go through a fifth a week on top of the bourbon. I like my martinis with a dab of dirt and on the rocks.

Blue cheese stuffed olives.

Not that I'd mess with that at home, but when I'm out... hell yeah.

My wife loves those. I'll make them for her sometimes, but I hate both olives and blue cheese

And you like pickles.

You're pretty much broken as a human being.

Elio’s never disappoints. Bit of Nola moon shoes left on tap. Picked up a growler.

Cocktail- a well made Long Island hits a home run for me.

My go to is Maker’s and Coke or a screwdriver.

Single malt, usually one of the following:
Balvenie Caribbean Cask
Oban
A'bunadh
MacCallan Limited Edition #2

Every once in a while I'll dip into my rum reserve:
Don Centenario 25 Year

And on really rare occasions I'll have a gin martini. Dirty. And it has to be a good boutique gin or at the very least Boodles or Bombay Sapphire.

I like Painkillers, but I prefer tropical drink over more traditional style cocktails. I’m not much for nursing a drink either, so I’m not sure it qualifies as a sipping cocktail.
