Met Jim Koch in the Pittsburgh airport one time, nice guy.

Boston Ale, enjoy one at the end of every day IF I can find it...

Stonybrook Red. Most of their beers are decent but none are really exceptional imo.

I thought cold snap was a spring beer?

Yeah, they only have it in limited runs. It's in their brewmaster series. When it's out though, it's my favorite of their beers.

I wish I could find their variety 12 pack for the holidays. I can't find it anywhere.

When I'm going to be a drinking a lot of something, Boston Lager is a go-to.

It's the most balanced and crisp beer of them all.

I like the Noble Pils. It was the spring seasonal. Then they switched to something else (alpine spring?) which was terrible. Now noble Pils is available year round.

Noble Pils is another one that is rather obscure and difficult to find

Did you try Delchamps in the East ? It's become a craft beer hot spot.

Sams club usually has them

While i don't really drink Sam Adams beer anymore, it was instrumental in my craft beer transition. Their Oktoberfest was probably one of the first craft beers that helped me realize there was more out there than bud and shitty imports.
Noble Pils was one of my favorite beers when it came out. I remember grabbing Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Noble Pils everytime i went to the store.
But like i said, i rarely drink sam adams anymore. If i do, it's because i'm stuck somewhere with no other options, like the airport.

Nice analysis. I do find it odd, and funny, that people associate airports with Sam Adams or they refer to it as their "beer of last resort".
