What's your favorite place to get gumbo, and why is it Pot & Paddle?

The Jambalaya Spot in Port Allen is the best.

They're not bad, but The Chimes is better and so is Dempsey's.

Don's is for old people whose taste buds no longer work.

My favorite is The Chimes - my only complaint is that sometimes it's too thick. Dempsey's is passable. Definitely will give P&P a try, as well as Cast Iron Kitchen.
