Quail eggs with okra in a distant 2nd
Posted on 10/18/11 at 9:04 am to DownshiftAndFloorIt
okra, olives stuffed with just about anything, hot peppers, and just about any veggie.
I haven't tried the quail eggs, but I see that happening really soon.
I've also had some really good pickled herring, but it is hit or miss.

Bread and Butter Pickles are my favorite. They're good on hamburgers, in potato salad, on ham sandwiches, by themselves, skewered right out of the jar.

Not my thread, but I'll go ahead and say yes. BTW, the menu special today is chicken/sausage gumbo. Drive by there most every morning.

"drive by there almost every day"
cool, Rachael's (same as reuben but with in-house pastrami) tomorrow. Don't like to push the restaurant on this site, but thought i'd give you a heads up as we make pastrami only once a month, and it's getting ready to go in the smoker right now.
