The Colonel surprised me at the end. Not only with his flipping, but also his arrogance in dealing with "The Basterds" at the end
Liked the movie, but didn't care for the ending.

A copy of the script was leaked a while back and I was able to read it. The script is great. Release is slated for Christmas 2012. Contrary to what most people think, Waltz plays a good guy who befriends Django (Foxx); he's not the villain. The primary villain is DiCaprio and Kurt Russell plays the other villain. The movie takes place in the Mississippi Delta (Greenville) as well as Gatlinburg. Anyone who wants to download and ted the script can click on the link below.

The only way I got is if I have the coupon, but it's only good on certain days of the week.
My wife had the "un"fried seafood platter and enjoyed it... said the shrimp cornbread was amazing. Fish w/ crabmeat topping was really good. The baked oysters were a waste of space, though.

From what I've heard, no red roof units will be re-opening (none of the ones that were being run by Lundy.) Pizza Hut is opting to go with the smaller, more cost-efficient carry-out/delivery units. Sad, because back in the day it was awesome to go to a red roof for a fresh pan pizza.
Brigsten has done a really good job there. Only thing is that there aren't many other things on the menu that I want to try. If they added more of a variety of options, I'd go more often.

Good job, man. Looks delicious.
Great place. Love the catfish & grits w/ creole sauce; it's even better when you get softshell crabs instead of the catfish. Boiled crabs are also top notch. Dirty boys and Cane River meat pies are good to try, as well.

Not sure what it is going to be though
My guess is a Mexican joint of some sort

No... all of the red roof stores in south LA shut down due to tax fraud by the franchise owner, Larry Lundy.

There's another one further down coursey in one of those little shopping centers. They aren't doing Red Roof stores anymore in BR. I wish they'd make the pizzas from scratch the way they used to, instead of using frozen dough disks.
