Yeah I take a lot of shite from my friends for saying its overrated, but I'll still tear it up late night. The one on City Park Ave is 24 hrs, think the one on clearview too.

I'm from New Orleans and I would rather opt for Rally's over Bud's.
Rally's is also a big time local favorite (yes I know it's not a local chain but people in NOLA have a special affinity for it(

I love Buds. The quality of meat is not good but the toppings are what make their burgers for me. I could eat the #6 add the #2 (the works ad the hickory sause) . Their hot dogs and chili are also really good.

It's ok, but not worth the hype.
Two of the dirtier restaurants I've ever been to were the old Bud's by city park and the one on Jefferson Hwy.
Much better burger options all over the place these days.

It is a nostalgic thing for people from NOLA. 2 numbers 4's, one with smoke sauce and one with chili, fries and a chocolate shake is awesome hangover food.
Add fries with cheese and smoke sauce.
And no one claims it's the best ever. There's just something about it

Speaking of which, how does 5 Happiness? Christ has anyone walked behind the restaurant to the back parking lot before?

Can't beat a #4 with sauce after a long night of drinking.

This. The sauce is why I love the place so much.

Two #1's with onions for me. I can't go to New Orleans without making at least one stop at Bud's.

The one in Mandeville used to be pretty good.
