The rest of this story doesn't involve me so I will assume it is BS.

Well, my wife does like you too, so there is that.

I started it back in 2010 maybe. My older cousin originated the term "FBD" ("First Beer of the Day") many years ago. At family gatherings he would say "I think its time for FBD" and I loved it.

One Saturday back in 2010ish I posted my FBD and it caught on.

I don't remember when I started posting in those threads but I had a lot less kids and a lot more time for running back then

Been some great threads over the years.

The FBD threads connected me to a good group of people years ago that I still talk to today.

I get that. I'm on the back end of those times now.

I revere your work in the storm threads.

Indeed. 2 stand out for me: the Snowmageddon thread (Jones gave me wood) and the thread when Ryno was on a beer crawl with Zappas and Rouge ("On the move with Zappas and Rouge"). I think Rouge spoke some Norwegian at some point during that evening and it ended with a nice musical interlude from Zappas.

I'd like to think that he's having his way with multiple virgins from sunrise to sunset.

In fairness we aren't allowed inside. We just piss in the bushes near the neighbors we are told not to like.

The bushes are behind the bamboo.

Not everyone can reach them.
