Don't be such a dumbass, you might get a whole lot more crawfish per pound at that price.

I once saw the price of crawfish advertised on a billboard. It must have been 20 feet high, maybe higher.

$20 for 3 lbs is where we're at in BSL. Seems like everything they give you though...corn, potatoes, celery, garlic, the tray...may add up to 3 lbs. Probably pretty close to $8/lb for actual crawfish.

I'll just wait until they come down. I'm not paying $60-70 for a few beers and 5lbs of crawfish

i think i recall it being $6 or 6 and change.

for me to buy them, it has to be $2 a pound already boiled so thats why i havent bought them in like forever.

I see your logic and I agree with you, but I don't think it's that funny.

$7.95-$8.95 is not uncommon per pound in Houston and that’s without corn, potatoes. Btw this is the places with cheap prices. Nothing like playing $8.95 for mushy crawfish sprayed all over the outside with seasoning.

A place in Dallas was $9.50 last week. I'm not paying that shite. I'll just wait til live prices go down a little.

You're the one trying to buy crawfish in January a week after an ice storm.

While I LOVE the Buford Highway Farmers Market in Atlanta and forget the exact price, I remember laughing at the way they sold live crawfish.

If you are in/around Atlanta and haven't been, that store is a real fun adventure. It has everything from every damn country.
Here's Anthony Bordain in the market:

Here's some LSU baw/prob a poster here showing him how to shoot guns in Atlanta: https://www.travelchannel.com/videos/tony-shoots-skeet-0195092
