He left ATL and opened up a bunch of Sichuan restaurants around the DC metro I believe. Quite the following...for good reason. I try Sichuan all over when travelling and Tasty China was by far the best I've ever had.

Like 30-40 chinese restaurants in 9 different provinces in china. Sichuan and Hunan stood out...so did Wuhan in Hubei
