Gonna soak some brats in beer, onions, and sauerkraut before I throw them on the grill

I've got two thick cut Duroc pork chops I'll dry brine overnight tonight then indirect on the grill until rare, then sear both sides until medium rare. That and grilled corn on the cob and a warm bacon vinaigrette potato salad.

In the morning I'm smoking the other half of a top sirloin roast I have in the freezer to medium rare. Cooling, then slicing thin for sandwiches.

I’m gonna grind some fresh burgers and grill’em. Slaw, chips, dip, and a bunch of other stuff that won’t get eaten, then thrown away.
