For me, two fresh yard eggs ( they were still warm when I picked them up) bacon, cheesy grits, whole wheat toast with homemade pepper jelly, multiple cups coffee.
Breakfast is my biggest meal of the day.

A yogurt at my desk with a Starbucks cold brew.

I wish I was the kind of person that woke up early enough to make a nice breakfast and start my day off right. But I choose the extra sleep 100 times out of 100 when push comes to shove.

Four eggs scrambled with scallions (what I eat every morning during the week). Washed down with a mixed berry kombucha.

I’m retired, habitually getup before sunrise, eat breakfast.
So a nap could and sometimes does come into play.

I love to eat breakfast, but I also like to sleep. So on weekdays, it is often a bare minimum: plain yogurt + granola eaten in the car, or a 65-calorie green juice, or a meal replacement bar. I'm liking the Autumn Gold grain free granola bars right now: LINK They're not too sweet, decently chewy, and don't taste overly processed. Only 6-7 ingredients, nothing unpronounceable.

Recently started eating breakfast again. It's counter intuitive, but I'm trying to lose weight by eating a little more (protein mostly). Anyway, my go-to so far is two eggs scrambled with some Conecuh sausage and a little quinoa added. Couple of cups of coffee to wash it down.

Received a private message to never start a what’s for breakfast thread again.
Anyone ever get a private message for something simple as that?
I mean there’s a WFDT thread everyday.
I’ll oblige but just wondering the reasoning.
