What's Being Built at the old P'ville Sonic Site?

The sire was a Sonic then a BBQ place. I've seen construction going on there for months but, no signs or any indication what it will be.

Is a fight more intense at a still operating Sonic, or at an abandoned Sonic location?

I had heard at some point it was going to be some type of Mexican restaurant. They built the brick wall and nothing since.
