What would you serve at the Masters Champions Dinner?

It is tradition that previous years winner buys supper for every masters winner that can make it. The meals have ranged from hamburgers to haggis and sushi and steak, but usually it is representative of the winners culture. What would you serve?

Red Beans and rice with some jalapeño corn bread. Side of mustard, not collard, greens.

I'd probably do something like a crab/crawfish/shrimp boil or fly one of the Austin BBQ guys out to do a spread.

Love this. I would only clarify with Rabideauxs smoked andouillie and some sweet tea. Blue Bell ice cream for dessert.

- hot spinach bacon salad
- Old Bay steamer with lobster, royal red shrimp, king crab, oysters and mussels.
- bbq dungeonous crab
- butterfinger pie

Or

- lobster bisque
- wagyu tomahawk ribeye with scallop potatoes and roasted asparagus
- banana foster
