Brisket pizza.
Sautee some red bell peppers & purple onions, use bar b que sauce for pizza sauce, mixture of sharp white cheddar & mozzarella

Breakfast burrito
Bean and brisket burrito
Lumpia
Mix it into hamburger patties before you grill them.

Just about everything I can think of has been covered here but I made a brisket reuben once and it came out pretty good

We split it up between a lot of folks. Our sauerkraut is like gold to some people. Hundred times better than anything from a store. Especially our hot batches

Chili i made last night was awesome. the smell when you walk in the house was mouth watering.

Going to do some taco/quesadillas tonight.

definitely want to do something with potatoes. the loaded potato casserole that they make at Couyon's in Port Allen has little pieces of brisket in it, and that's one of the most delicious foods on the planet.
