Steamed dumplings and General Tso's Chicken dinner box, extra spicy, from Oriental Pearl.

I try to limit my intake of this meal to once every 4 months

I used to eat that like crazy from east island in boutte back in the day. I've never found anyone that does it the same way so I don't order it anymore.

Yungs on Williams blvd in Metarie makes a decent mandarin chicken and Chinese inn on Nicholson does it with a darker gravy but the chicken is perfect.

General Tso for good old fashioned MSG laden/shiny Chinese food.

Other than that-Singapore Noodles, Crispy Mala Beef (Mala here in Houston), Dan Dan Noodles (Mala as well), Red Oil Dumplings (Mala again...), there is a new place here in Houston called Dak and Bop that has great Korean style wings, so add that to the list.
