maybe i'm just a pussy, but there was something about the texture of those I couldn't get past. tried them for the first time at fqf. is it the same people who make them there? may have to give them another go this weekend

It's a straight up fried thin cut bone-in porkchop on 2 pieces of Bunny bread. You can add a bit of mayo if so inclined, but that thing is delicious.
