I believe Winn Dixie does. They double fry their chicken

The Blue Store in NBR. It's the one redeeming quality of NBR besides Tony's.

I can't say I've ever actually been inside but my understanding is that it's basically a gas station that serves hot food. Hell, I lived in BR for 30 years and never knew about it until I moved and co-workers asked if I would pick it up anytime I am back in BR. My boss even told me I should schedule doc and dentist appointments in BR in the morning so when I leave I can pick up their wings.

I've been made aware since going on-site for work. I've got people from Mississippi and Alabama raving about them and at the time had no idea what they were referring.

ETA: I forgot to mention we just ate Crack chicken yesterday for potluck/crack chicken Christmas site lunch.
