I'm a fan of Basin Seafood on Mondays, 50-cent and Cafe B on Metairie Rd for 50-cent most or all days after 3 (I think?).

In NOLA area, Village Inn in Harahan has $5.99 for a dozen on Wednesdays and Saturdays and Cafe B on Metairie Road has an early bird special I think every day, I think.

Dukes in Watson on a Monday nights has 1/2 off all of their oysters -- raw, chargrilled, and Duke'd Up (cheese, jalapeños). With the discount I think the raw are like $4.50 or $5 a dozen and the others are $7 a dozen. A few weeks back I had 3 dozen chargrilled and a couple beers for under thirty bucks

The Blind Pelican on St Charles has a really good happy hour. Fifty cent oysters from 4-8.

Yes. I believe it is $0.75 now between 3-6. However last time I went I received very mediocre to subpar oysters and they were swamped with orders so the shuckers didn't even bother cutting the adductor muscle. I am a regular for Saints games, so the bartender noticed and apologized without me complaining. She took them off the bill along with an app, so I wasn't upset, but I would not get the happy hour oysters if it is slammed in there.

I would rarher just pay market price for oysters from Peche and get really awesome ones.
