Old man went all in! Made chicken & dumplings, skin on and bone in cause that’s how my 94 year old Mama does it, green beans, salad and peach cobbler. Added a little ice cream. :) First sweets since Christmas. Never did a lot. Had to bring my bartender a plate.

Wife volunteered me to cook for her workout friends from the gym. Made my regular crab and corn bisque and told them it was a fat free recipe and that I used coconut flour in the roux and cornbread for the gluten free chick in the class. Everyone raved about it. Will update in the morning if the celiacs girl dies.

Picked up some marinated beef from a Mexican Meat Market and made some fajitas. It was pretty good, just a little salty.

She just texted the wife wanting the recipe so me thinks she may have been misdiagnosed as having celiacs.
