Smoked a chuck via the boat method. Credit our boy Glock for the motivation

It’s really too bad the whole cow can’t be made of ribeye.

Chicken kabobs and steak/filet kabobs from Fresh Market on the egg.
Sweet potato mash
Zucchini logs (sliced in half length-wise, scored the flesh, light olive oil and salt and pepper, finished with grated mozzarella cheese) done in the oven.
Toasted ciabatta bread with rosemary and olive oil

Too late for pics

Your cow looks good.

Italian themed stuff from Trader Joe's. Prosciutto with cantaloupe. Mozzarella balls with tomatoes. The little bag of heavenly villagio brand marzano tomatoes are very good.

Threw a ham in the oven, red beans, rice, cheesy bacon potatoes, slaw and cornbread. My cornbread is crumbled up under my beans. Fed my bartender. :)

Grabbed some Picanha down at the Costco.

Picanha with Chimichurri sauce and homemade fries. Them Brazilians may be on to something. $6 lb it’s cheaper than bologna.

One of my favorite simple Sunday night dinners -- roasted broccoli tossed with angel hair, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and parmesan.
