The other thread about gumbo got me interested in how fast I could make a decent gumbo. I started at 4:45 and was done at about 6:15. It turned out great!!

Street tacos from a ghost kitchen.
To-go only, picked up from a side door in a back alley.
I chose the suadero (on flour) and the pastor (on corn), and I topped with pickled onions, cilantro and lime. They sent a variety of sauces so I used a combination.
They were DELICIOUS.

The most basic (but good) chicken soup ever. I packed up extra for my son and d-i-l who will add noodles to theirs. Grilled cheese on Carbonaut bread.

Stuck home with Omni and Fiancé said it was too cold to stop at the store. Pulled out some fresh Sausage from Meyers in Abbeville. Browned it and tossed in some red sauce and a can of spicy Rotel. Served over Angel Hair. Hit the spot.
