Smoked spatchcock herb chicken, from brine. Smothered Brussels, roasted tators and grilled corn.

My solo stove is not the most rusted solo stove of all the solo stoves

After the initial burn to get the circulation going it works well

Third solo stove owner chiming in. It’s true. The initial burn is a little smokey, but after that, it’s pretty good

That things been to war. It’s not pretty but still works like a champ. I’m waiting for bottom grate to rust through to test out that lifetime warranty.

Cedar plank soaked in water x 1 hour = indirect heat on seafood with a steady moisture provider = prime salmon, shrimp, or whatever
