I’m ahead of the game for a change. Mac and cheese, corn casserole, rice dressing, turkey stock for gravy, cranberry relish, dessert, all made. My husband picked up cornbread dressing and sweet potato crunch from a local place because I decided I couldn’t have Thanksgiving without them. Tomorrow should be easy!

The only real food in this house right now is reserved for tomorrow, so I tossed a handful of Tater Tots into the air fryer and that was dinner.
No regrets. They were tasty and I feel satisfied.
