I grilled us some kabobs. With pita and tzaziki and heirloom tomato. The star is the salad I made, inspired by a salad I had at The Chloe. Grilled peach panzanella salad. The bowl is smeared with a whipped concoction of goat cheese, honey, and green goddess. Wine.

Had some ladies from my wife’s work come over for drinks and dinner. Did some smoked cream cheese as appetizer and then did some smash burgers on the rec tec with smoked bacon.

We walked down to a BBQ festival here in town. Unlimited bites and free drinks. Most of the food was absolutely amazing.
