I had leftover pork tenderloin and I used a beef stroganoff recipe to make pork stroganoff. Not very pretty.

The wife found them on amazon. They are 1 carb per tortilla. Taste ok. Not Mexican great, but ok.
She says they are "Mr. Tortilla" brand. Regular seems better than Spicy. She ordered several packages of regular and they gave her the spicy ones.
Next experiment is to try to fry them as chips.

Dinner at the dragonfly in Fairhope. Pork skins and queso and calamari to start. Ribeye taco and tuna taco. Really good.
