Tacos, and that is the last thing I'll cook in this state.

Also, Advil because everything hurts and I officially hate bubble wrap.

Naan flatbreads with leftover steak. I baked them for a bit before adding the steak and then did about a minute more.

With pesto, shredded mozzarella, mushrooms, onions, and ricotta.

With steak.

I knew it was a move, but not to another state. I hope you love the new location!

Thanks! Moving back to Texas, actually, so I'm super excited.

I lived there for almost 12 years prior, so the last 4 years I've been in Massachusetts, I'v been missing home like crazy. Can't wait to get back :)

Visiting family in Arkansas and went to a local bbq place. Can’t tell by the pic but it’s a chili dog topped with pulled pork, baked beans, onions jalapeño and slaw needless to say a fork was needed

It was actually one of my worst trips, I normally catch a lot more. We had to weed through a bunch of small ones.

Thanks. Easy dish and one of our favorites.
Split Roma tomatoes and scoop the insides out. Lightly drizzle with olive oil to coat all sides. On these I used feta, shredded havarti (didn’t have mozzarella), fresh chopped basil, a dollop of blue cheese dressing, black pepper, and topped with Parmesan. Bake at 350 until the tops are to your liking. Vary the ingredients to your taste but this combo has been pretty solid.

Awesome. Thanks. Making that soon, guaranteed. And I respect the blue cheese fans out there. People that prefer ranch to blue cheese are suspect.
