A candied jalapeño and cream cheese bacon wrapped pork loin from Hebert’s. It’s not that greasy. I poured the pan drippings not realizing they were straight grease 
Then I split a lot of bacon up and made pinto beans, mustard greens, and cabbage.
Also fresh corn turned into Mexican street corn.

Tried an El Salvadoran place in a gas station. 2 pupusas and 2 tacos with cabbage slaw and hot sauce for less than $7.
Was very good and enjoyable experience as well
