Seared scallops on top of fettucine with pancetta and peas.

The scallops were perfectly cooked and HUGE and they gave me like 7 of them. I am stuffed and I have tons of leftovers.

Vodka waters.

Winding down on the leftovers. Not much left in the gumbo. Dressing is almost gone, gravy is done and the green beans are gone. But I do have a second turkey breast to cut up for sandwiches. The wife has another pack of brown & serve rolls to work her magic on! :)

Oven baked rooster. Legs are pink because roosters have little to no fat with thin skin and the heat reacts to the hemoglobin yield that color.

It was amazing! When done right, scallops are arguably my favorite seafood.

We had to travel Boston - Vermont and back today, so by the time we got to New Hampshire for the 2nd time, we were STARVING and just picked a random place in Manchester. Great food, strong drinks and wonderful service.
