MD dog that is about the least appetizing photo you have ever posted, and I would still eat every single bite

Waygu fillets
Steamed broccoli
Roasted sweet potatoes with praline topping

I killed a deer tues and quickly cleaned it and put the heart in ziploc in the fridge. I sliced it up today and when I smell it there is a slight gross smell. Ive eaten deer my whole life but never the heart. Does the heart smell different than say backstraps? Just wondering if I left it in the fridge too long.
