Sautéed Cabbage and Sausage. A Yugoslavian (Polish?) Keto delight.

Oh Darla, do you have any idea how much that photo hurts?

Looks great by the way.

Our only Vietnamese restaurant closed during the lockdown and I haven't had Pho in months. Will probably have a burger at the club tonight.

MD, I’ve done them keto style before. You can replace panko with almond flour or crushed pork skins or grated Parmesan.

I’ll get back on keto soon (I keep telling myself).

We’re down to one in Mecca. Rawz shut down for good.

I picked up pho base and spice from the local Asian grocery. Just add fresh ginger and beef. So easy, I can do it.

JML- It was our first time to try it because I saw it this morning and had the ingredients lol. I used cream instead of cream cheese in the sauce because it was already opened in the fridge. I would make it again. Super easy.

Keto pro tip- using almond meal from trader Joe's mixed with green container parm is the best to bread chicken for easy chicken parm

Don't bash me- I have alot of health issues so sometimes easy is all I can manage (today was a difficult day so crockpot food guaranteed we had dinner). It is one of the reasons I appreciate meridian dog posting his easy ideas as well as his in depth recipes.

Leftover fried chicken sandwich and truffle fries. And a small taste of Chauvin style gumbo I defrosted for tomorrow.
