Oh I’m sorry! Misunderstood.

112g 93% ground beef - 170cal

Romaine - 8cal

Light English Muffin - 100cal

Pickles - 0cal

2% cheese single - 40cal

Sauce is 1TBS ketchup, 1TBS Hellman’s light mayo, mustard, chopped pickles and Tony’s (or whatever Cajun seasoning) - ~75cal



Just mixed a little Worcestershire into the beef, lightly formed balls. Dusted with kosher salt and pepper before hitting the cast iron.

I didn't eat dinner baw, had a big late lunch. I had creatine and BCAA's, 8 calories.
