re: WFDT?

Breakfast Tacos!

I used the Blackstone to cook two different kinds of Jimmy Dean sausage. One was regular and one was hot. For the regular I added diced potatoes. For the Hot I added diced potatoes, a little diced tomatoes, diced onions and finely diced jalapeno pepper.

Then I cooked the eggs on the Blackstone as well. Probably spent about 35 minutes doing actual cooking.

Accouterments included shredded cheddar, shredded Pepperjack cheeses, diced Roma tomatoes, finely diced jalapeno pepper and an assortment of hot sauces and cilantro.

I made two for myself but after eating those this was sooo..... good I went back for a third one.

These were much enjoyed!!!!!

We had taco salad for lunch.

Hot dogs for dinner. We are in the lazy phase of isolation now.

I did make an apple coffee cake for the first time ever today.

I made banana nut bread last week for the first time. I guess it’s the time to try new things.

Running late. Threw some Manchac catfish in the oven, obligatory green peas and slaw. :)

The wife (MHNBPF) had knee surgery today, so it was a long day. Leftover Popeye's and creamy chicken pot pie soup.
