Finally lit the grill for the first time during quarantine. Burgers, venison sausage, sweet potato fries, macque choux.

Hasselback cut chicken breasts griddled with a spicy honey glaze over salad.

Chicken served over a nice cool crisp salad with fresh strawberries and a strawberry vinaigrette.

Seasoned the slices with Cajun Bait Sweet Creole Onion Blend
and toward the end of the cook glazed them with a spicy honey glaze.

Used delicious fresh Ponchatoula strawberries.

This was so good I think i"ll make it again this weekend.

Thanks Darla. I have the longest (photo wise) potential recipe post I will ever have posted. Hope to work it up sometime soon.

Excellent pics, everyone

TH03, I love that fried chicken and I love that pickle....but I can't mix the two, just sayin' and I don't known why...just prefer to eat pickles all by themselves.

Wife did spaghetti: grass-fed beef and turkey blend, side of sauteed mushrooms, garlic toast (I skipped on that).

The pickle and the bread serve to cut the heat. The mix for the Nashville hot portion was mostly straight cayenne so it's needed.

Late post, but sautéed some rockfish and topped with a crawfish cream sauce. Made twice baked potatoes and cut up some cucumbers from the garden.
