That’s the only thing I order there! It’s so darn good. I flip flop between chicken or pork, but always vermicelli and always with egg rolls in it. I’m not a big pho person.

I don’t normally bake, but Jones was trying to throw out the brown bananas so ended up doing a loaf of banana bread. Has maple syrup and brown sugar and oats in it.

I just browned some broccoli with a bit of salt in hot oil without touching it so it gets dark on the bottom. Gave it a stir, then dropped ~4oz of white cheddar chopped into 1/2 inch cubes. Once it was melty and bubbling, cut the heat.. sprinkled red pepper flakes and squeezed half a lemon over it.

So that’s what the white stuff was. Thank you. Looks really good
