Chili. Caramel apple for dessert. Bourbon and Coke Life while handing out candy.

I grilled a 1 pound pork tenderloin with stuffed bell peppers.
Paired with a bottle of cheap Pinot noir and a couple Pliny beers.

After hearing from about 10 coworkers that they were all having chili dawgs, I broke down and did that. Again. I love chili dogs. I think I have a problem :(.

Meat sauce over zucchini spirals (avoiding carbs like spaghetti these days)

I made some chili yesterday morning that was the bomb after trick or treating in 30 degree weather.
Topped with green onions, freshly grated cheddar, chopped onions, sour cream, Louisiana hot sauce, slap yo momma, Fritos and this year we made a new chili friend: avocado chunks.
The wife also made some homemade Mac and cheese just in case anyone survived the chili.

What's the spread or sauce you've used? Some kind of aioli? Seasoned mayo?
