A coworker gifted me a jar of his homemade sauerkraut so we are having bratwursts!

Currently simmering brats in beer. Will crisp them up, then top with caramelized onions & peppers, the aforementioned kraut, and spicy mustard.

Vodka waters.

Left over carnitas. I made some damn carnitas yesterday that were fantastic. Made in the instapot then crisped up on the Blackstone. Lawd. I also made some carne Asada that was terrible.

Made my own tuna tartar for the first time. Came out really good.

Got a late start but having some red beans. Will last me a few days then freeze the rest. Can’t beat homemade , well except for Popeyes.

Throw a little Ken’s Asian sesame dressing and some sesame seeds on top of that. Crazy good.
