We were going to have red beans tonight. I prepped all the veggies yesterday and soaked my beans last night.....And then I walked out the door this morning without putting anything in the crock pot.

I sous vide with butter and rosemary in the bag. I seared it in brown butter and rosemary in a cast iron skillet on the primo. I cooked for my dad as a thank you for helping with my fence this past weekend.

That's pretty much how I do it if I have a ribeye. Butter and rosemary are great for a steak.

Yep, I used to not like sous steak but I am now figuring it out better and it is delicious.
