Guacamole and chips as an app. Redfish on the half shell on the grill. Two racks of lamb, NY strips and some 4 inch rib roasts have had a 4 hour sous vide bath. Will sear on the grill with squash and onions, and roasted corn. And beer. And red wine.

Broke the rules, went to a restaurant on opening night. Gianna was excellent. Link has another winner. Shared mozzarella, salami, and tuna stuffed peppers antipasti. Main was roasted pork shoulder with arborio, husband had the veal which was excellent. Amaretti cake for dessert.
