Mrs. Chedballz said that Boiled Crawfish is all she wanted for Valentines day so I made it happen. Mediums, really fat and tender, she was happy and so am I.

Planned a nice night. Then twins started with the rotavirus. Really nice.
Had to throw the veggies in oven.
Only 2 glasses of wine for now until the SHTF again with them. Literally

Lovely. I could destroy the risotto, but everything looks great. Nice wines, too.
