I have some meatballs in the oven, red sauce on the stove, and a loaf of Reising's bread. I'm gonna make meatball poboys tonight and tomorrow, the leftovers are going over some pasta for lunch.

I have a batch of lemon ice box pie ice cream base chilling in the fridge to spin up later.

I poached some halibut filets in white wine, butter, fresh thyme and garlic and then served them with Israeli cous cous.

My kids have a friend over so we did the old reliable spaghetti. Everyone cleaned their plate. I’m typing this from my cell phone at the local ice cream establishment where I just had a small bowl of king cake ice cream with kit jar and Reese’s peanut butter cup topping.

Went to Gumbo Pot in Vicksburg for lunch with the wife and my 93 YO mom (no photos). Had oysters.

The wife and I had leftover oysters on oyster burgers with chips for dinner. Was good, but I forgot photo.
